Aspen Hills Psychology is an Atlanta-based practice specializing in perinatal mental health and offering a full range of therapies for clients.
As a psychologist, I have a passion for helping individuals and couples improve their overall wellbeing. I have the ability to work with diverse populations and establish meaningful and professional relationships with my clients.
I graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts in East Asian Studies and Business from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota. I then worked in business for several years before realizing I wanted to pursue a career in psychology. In 2007, I attended the University of Minnesota where I graduated with a Master’s degree in Counseling and Student Personnel Psychology. Following my graduation with my Master’s degree, I decided I wanted to further my education and training to become a highly trained licensed psychologist. I moved to Colorado where I obtained my Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from the University of Denver in 2014 with a focus in Health Psychology and Neuropsychology. Following the completion of my doctorate program, I completed my postdoctoral hours in private practice focused on perinatal mood and anxiety disorders and in a group practice conducting comprehensive neuropsychological evaluations for children as young as two years old to adults.
In my personal life, I enjoy spending time with my husband, two sons and our multitude of pets. Family is incredibly important to me. I cherish every moment I can get with them. We spend the majority of our evenings and weekends exploring the outdoors or riding our horse.
